Returns and Refunds
Due to the fragile nature of the products, returns are not accepted at this time, as the chance that the product could be damaged in return shipping is too high. Exceptions may be made on case by case.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
