Disclaimers
All of my books are sprayed by hand. Because of this, minor flaws that can potentially happen that I will not refund the book or accept returns for. This can include:
Minor bleeding of the paint. This can happen when there are small ridges on the book edges or when the stencil doesn't perfectly adhere to the pages.
The paper of the pages pulling when the stencil is removed, which can look like minor paint peeling of the base color. Some paper is less sturdy than others and is more likely to "peel" when a stencil is removed. I do try to repaint these errors by hand with a paintbrush to correct this.
Minor peeling of the paper around the top and bottom edge near the book binding. I use very delicate tape to wrap the top and bottom edges of the book. Sometimes the tape can still peel a bit of the paper.
Shipping Times: Please order only if you are ok with how long the processing time is (1-2 weeks at the moment) I am only 1 person and I do get quite a few orders per week, so sometimes I will not get started on your order for a few days. I will not give refunds or accept cancellations after 24 hours, as stated in my store policies. If you have any questions, feel free to message me and I'll answer as soon as possible!
Damaged or missing books: If your book is damaged or lost during transit, please make sure to file an insurance claim with the shipping company. I will not provide refunds for minor defects, such as bent dust jackets or squished corners.
When sending your personal book: I am not responsible for any damage that may happen during transit to me. Please keep the dust jacket of your book to minimize the risk of damage. Don't mail me a book you aren't willing to potentially lose in the mail or get damaged along the way.
Custom Orders or Bulk Order waitlists: If you are on my waitlist and I reach out to you, you must respond within seven days or forfeit your position.
My prices are subject to change: If you have worked with me in the past and received a certain price on a book, it does not mean the price will be the same in the future. The price of art is subjective, and I am continuously working to charge my worth, while also keeping my prices comparable. For example, if I spray a certain design for you and realize that it was more work than I originally anticipated I may let you know that I will need to charge more if you would like me to spray that design again.
Payments for Indie Author Services/Bulk Orders: I am happy to split your payments in two if that would make paying easier for you. If this is the case, I do require at least 50% down to begin spraying your books. I will not ship out your books until your order is paid in full. If your order is not paid in full then you forfeit your books and I reserve the right to resell them.
